Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Davida earned her Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a minor in Communication Studies from Middle Tennessee State University. Her undergraduate studies fostered a deep appreciation for research, writing, and advocacy—skills that form the cornerstone of a successful legal career. These experiences inspired Davida to pursue a law degree, which she obtained from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. During her studies, she expanded her global perspective by studying abroad at University Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, Spain, where she immersed herself in international legal, social, political, and cultural frameworks

.Davida primarily practices family law, probate, civil litigation, and criminal defense, bringing compassion, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented approach to each case.
